French Speaker - Customer Experience Associate

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

1. Assist customers across multiple channels, addressing their inquiries regarding subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics.
2. Deliver clear and effective solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain professionalism and empathy while supporting customers through their concerns.

Requirements:

No previous experience required! We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a customer-facing role.

You’re a great fit if you:

1. Are a native or C2-level proficient in French.
2. Can communicate clearly and efficiently in a customer support environment.

Location & Work Schedule:

1. Onsite position in Porto, Portugal.
2. Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM.
