The Oracle NetSuite Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role

This role provides hands-on experience in sourcing and qualifying leads, building product knowledge, and developing sales skills. We seek a talented sales representative to help accelerate our year-over-year growth through revenue generation. The role combines training with autonomy, offering an invaluable learning opportunity to contribute to our success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze prospective customer needs, personas, processes, projects, and requirements to identify potential solutions.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate high-quality, BANT-qualified leads for sales.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions and value propositions to communicate benefits effectively.
  • Maintain tailored, multi-channel outreach to target accounts.
  • Engage confidently with and influence key personnel, including executives.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with Account Executives.
  • Prioritize time and accounts to ensure success.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Native-level proficiency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • BS/BA degree in Business Management, Finance, or Economics.
  • At least 12 months of professional sales experience involving research, prospecting, cold calling, and achieving quotas.
  • Adaptable, resilient, self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
