Ideal candidates are fluent in both French and English, with a degree in a related field and 2-6+ years of relevant experience. This position offers a remote and asynchronous working environment.

Qualifications

Role Overview

• Position: Public Policy Professional – Contract, Remote
• Commitment: 20 hours per week for 2 months
• Leverage your public policy expertise and language mastery to train AI models in the public policy domain.

Responsibilities

• Translate and synthesize complex policy frameworks into structured rubrics for AI training.
• Write fluently in both French and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression.
• Provide cultural and policy insights unique to the public in France.
• Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in French with strong written and spoken English.
• Degree in policy, political science, sociology, or similar field.
• 2–6+ years of experience in politics, public policy, think tanks, etc.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in policy writing, instructional design, or academic publishing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
