Job summary

CloudPay seeks a French Payroll Implementation Specialist to gather customer requirements, configure payroll rules in the CloudPay platform, run tests, and maintain customer setups for implementation projects and live customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong English and French communication, hands-on payroll software configuration, and knowledge of French payroll regulations. This role offers a competitive salary and a supportive, innovative workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll software implementation including configuration and testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Understanding of French payroll rules and statutory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of customer payroll solutions within the CloudPay platform.
• Configure payroll rules and system settings; perform testing and go-live activities.
• Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure payroll data accuracy.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain payroll information and audit trails for compliance.
• Translate customer requirements into system configuration and calculation rules.
• Coordinate with Transition Consultants for knowledge transfers.
• Execute SIT, UAT, regression tests and parallel payroll runs.
• Validate new features during Software Release cycles.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support (TMA) for live customers.

What Makes This Role Exciting

CloudPay seeks an experienced French Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will gather and analyse customer requirements, configure payroll rules and system settings in the CloudPay platform, execute testing, and maintain customer setups for both implementation projects and live customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of customer payroll solutions within the CloudPay platform, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare support.
• Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll
• Research payroll discrepancies and identify whether issues are process-, data-, or system-configuration related. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
• Analyze payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
• Analyse customer payroll requirements and translate them into system configuration and payroll calculation rules.
• Partner with Transition Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery and Operations
• Execute and manage system testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing and parallel payroll runs.
• Support the Software Release process by validating that new features have been accurately developed
• Provide ongoing application maintenance and support (TMA) for live customers, including configuration changes, issue resolution, legislative updates, and customer-specific enhancements.

Experience Needed For This Role

• Excellent communication skills in English and French are essential
• Expert level of knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting
• Proven experience in payroll software implementation including hands-on system configuration and testing activities.
• Familiarity with Cegedim TeamsRH software or similar platforms is a strong plus
• Knowledge of the direct management of the entire payroll process in France and international payroll experience
• Experience supporting both customer implementations and post-go-live maintenance activities for live customers.
