Job Description:

G2 Travel is a wholesale tour operator with a network of offices spanning Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America, planning trips for nearly half a million travelers each year.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Negotiate, contract, maintain, and foster relationships with supplier partners.
  2. Obtain and supply contact details before deadlines to ensure complete information for groups.
  3. Maintain proactive contact with the group to anticipate and avoid issues via phone, social media, and in-person (where applicable).
  4. Minimize costs for the business and the group for changes.
  5. Log and communicate all actions regarding the group, including relevant cost information.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Languages: Korean native preferred; full proficiency in English. Other languages such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech are desirable.

Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts is required.
