Quel sera votre rôle?
We are looking for a Head of Pricing for our Western Europe region based in Boulogne-Billancourt (92) with 2 days per week of Mobile Office. You will play a key role between our finance team and our sales and marketing team to coordinate and implement the best pricing strategy to achieve the company ambitious targets.
You will be part of the Strategic Marketing and will cover the whole region (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and Luxembourg).
En quoi consiste le métier?
The Head of Pricing coordinates the whole Western Europe Region. He / She is in charge of localizing the global Pricing strategy to the 5 countries in the region adapting it to each market needs.
Your main tasks will be :
- Monitoring and analyzing pricing KPIs to identify profit opportunities and ensure the strategy roll out
- Suggesting and developing action plans together with sales, finance and product marketing
- Defining how we can be better at pricing segmentation especially in large / mature markets for Hilti
- Be the contact point for the executive team of the region, the general managers of the different markets for everything that is related to pricing
- Evaluate the most important sales opportunities
- Coordinate with the global pricing team
- Review and optimize discount processes, annual agreement reviews
- Roll out necessary pricing tools
Votre profil :
- Degree in Economics / Business Administration / Finance / Engineering
- Pricing expert with more than 7+ years of professional experience in similar roles also in contact with Sales / Marketing
- Proven track record marketing, finance or consulting
- Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies, highly conceptual thinker
- Professional experience working with price segmentation
- Expert knowledge in market- / business analytics, controlling or similar analytical work
- 2-3 years of leadership experience
- Confident in presenting complex topics in simple, easy to understand manner
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders on various levels
- Proficiency in English and French
- Deep understanding of the business and processes
- Good business acumen and affinity for technical products
- Results oriented and able to motivate team members
- SAP, Salesforce, PowerBI and SQL knowledge is a plus
