G2 Travel is a wholesale tour operator organizing trips worldwide for nearly half a million travelers annually. We have offices across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

Responsibilities include:

• Negotiate, contract, and maintain relationships with supplier partners.
• Obtain and provide contact details before deadlines to ensure complete information for groups.
• Maintain proactive contact with groups via phone, social media, and in-person (where applicable) to anticipate and resolve issues.
• Minimize costs for the business and groups related to changes.
• Log and communicate all actions regarding groups, including relevant cost information.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Languages: Korean native preferred, full proficiency in English required. Other languages such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech are desirable.

Additional requirements:

• EU work permit required.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
