Customer service in French via phone (inbound/outbound), email, or chat
Knowledge of English is sometimes required (depending on the workplace)
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Native/fluent in written and spoken French (B2H-C1)
Strong English communication skills.
Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
