Job Description:

French Speakers Wanted: We're hiring French-speaking customer care agents in Greece and Portugal. Help people (in French), enjoy espresso breaks, and maybe dip your toes in the sea after work. #Just bring your smile, your French, and sunscreen.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer service in French via phone (inbound/outbound), email, or chat
• Knowledge of English is sometimes required (depending on the workplace)
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Qualifications:

• Native/fluent in written and spoken French (B2H-C1)
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
