BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist in Roubaix to be the first point of contact for customers across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services. You will deliver professional, personalized support via phone, email, chat, and other channels to ensure a smooth experience from start to resolution.

You will gather customer needs, provide accurate information, document interactions in internal systems, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Language requirement: French C1/C2 and English B2.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: professional, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn in Travel field.

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and digital channels.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
