BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist in France to welcome and assist customers across inquiries, orders, accounts, products and services. You will respond via phone, email, chat, and digital channels, delivering accurate information and friendly support to ensure satisfaction from first contact to resolution.

The role requires French fluency (C1/C2) and English (B2), a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn in the travel field.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in Travel.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Stay up to date with products, services, policies, and procedures through training.

• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
