BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist in Bordeaux to join a dynamic, international team. You will be the first line of contact, delivering professional assistance across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services, via phone, email, chat, and other channels.

We value proactive, analytical, and expressive communicators fluent in French and English, with EU or Portuguese residency eligibility, and a willingness to grow in the travel domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
