Exciting Opportunity for French Speakers - Remote Customer Service in Portugal

Are you a fluent French speaker looking for an international opportunity? We are hiring French Customer Service Representatives to join a diverse team supporting a global client. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic multicultural environment while enhancing your customer service skills.

Important: This position is remote within mainland Portugal, excluding the islands. You can work comfortably from home, but only if you reside in Portugal. Working from abroad is not allowed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
3. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience.
4. Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent French (C1 / C2) with a native accent from France, Belgium, or Switzerland.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Residence in mainland Portugal (excluding the islands).
• European passport (no sponsorship or visa support available).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
