Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for the French market, dedicated to assisting clients with inquiries related to an innovative medical device. This role is based in the vibrant city of Lisbon and offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customers' lives.

Language Requirements : French C2 and English C1

Key Responsibilities

• Providing expert support to French-speaking customers via phone and email
• Troubleshooting technical issues and offering empathetic, timely solutions

• Ensuring an excellent customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail

Employment Details

We are looking for a full-time employee (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts with comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success. You’ll also benefit from a Portuguese employment contract, which includes private health insurance, meal allowance, and ongoing support throughout your journey.

Relocation
