Your Future Project

Join our French Customer Support team. Our client is a leading gaming brand known for home video game consoles and production.

Responsibilities
  1. Respond efficiently and effectively to customer inquiries within set timescales.
  2. Develop and maintain technical knowledge of the client’s products and services.
  3. Handle all correspondence as required.
  4. Log calls accurately and in line with procedures.
  5. Maintain and update administrative forms related to the job.
  6. Recognize when issues should be escalated to another department or senior staff.
Requirements
  1. Proficient in French (C1 level).
  2. Intermediate English (B1 level).
  3. Previous customer service experience preferred.
  4. A calm, cool, and level-headed attitude.
  5. Excellent self-organization skills.
  6. Proactive and able to work independently.
  7. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and KPIs.
  8. Adaptability to changing environments and procedures.
  9. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  10. High-speed internet and suitable conditions for remote work.
  11. EU citizenship or valid work permit required.
