Description du poste

We are looking for our new Communications Assistant apprentice starting September 2024.

Within the Global Marketing Team, you will report to the Communication Manager and will work closely with marketing teams in France, UK, and Germany, as well as the EMEA Sales Team. Your future missions will be:

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

You will create digital content and will be in charge of the brand's community management on its platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, internal networks, etc.) in compliance with the editorial line.

MARKETING AUTOMATION

You will activate digital levers to generate traffic, leads, and increase conversion rates.

SEO CONTENT

You will update and enrich our website's content by taking into consideration SEO objectives and performances.

OFFLINE COMMUNICATION

You will create and deliver print materials for the field teams and customers.

PRODUCT LAUNCH CAMPAIGNS

You will help the team with product launch campaigns.

EXPORT COMMUNICATION

You will support the export sales team in the production of dedicated communication for special events (exhibitions, etc.) or campaigns.

The tools you will need

In your daily life, you’ll be meant to use the following applications (more to follow if interested):

• CMS: Drupal
• Marketing Creation tools: Adobe suite (InDesign), Canva, etc.
• Marketing Automation tool: Pardot (Salesforce)
• Social media: LinkedIn

More than a diploma or level of experience, it's your personality that will make the difference:

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or a Master degree in a Business School or University with a specialization in communication or equivalent.
• You have a creative personality: you are comfortable with graphic design tools.
• You are not afraid to work in an international environment: you are comfortable in English and French (spoken & written). A good knowledge of German would be a bonus.
• You enjoy teamwork.
