The TMT&H is one of the global specialist sector coverage teams at the heart of ING Wholesale Banking. We provide banking services and complex financial solutions to telecommunication, media, entertainment, technology, satellite, healthcare and pharmaceutical companies in the EMEA region, the Americas and in Asia-Pacific.
Working in the TMT&H sector team means working in a dynamic environment with interesting clients and on challenging transactions at the very heart of the ING organization. The global TMT&H sector team currently consists of 80+ dedicated professionals located in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Madrid, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney. This footprint will be extended to new countries within the EMEA and AsiaPac regions. The combined teams in the EMEA region, together with PAMs in other locations serve clients in a number of TMT&H sub-sectors.
Given the growth ambitions of ING WB in France and the focus on capturing additional business with both domestic and international players in the TMT&H value chain, a new dedicated TMT&H sector team will be established in Paris.
Roles & Responsibilities :
The Head of TMT&H France is accountable for the commercial and financial performance of the TMT&H France team, in concert with Functional, WB France and Risk guidelines. Your direct reports will be the bankers within the TMT&H team.

Education :
University / Business school master’s degree in economics / finance, and / or CFA or equivalent academics.
Required Attributes :
Experienced banker with 12-15 years of client coverage and corporate banking experience, with a commercial and team leadership track-record and fluency in French and English written and spoken languages.
Strong experience in the French TMT market is required.
Business Attributes :
Mastering of French and English
Leadership and relationship skills to set-up, steer, unify and engage the TMT&H team and interact with stakeholders, earning trust and respect of clients, management and colleagues.
Robust WB product knowledge, combined with transaction and credit structuring experience.
Established internal WB network; presence of an external / client network is a positive.
Ability to synthesize strategic thinking with planning and execution of commercial initiatives.
Entrepreneurial skills : seeks constant renewal and has ability to bring an outside-in perspective.
Proficiency to handle both Financial and NFR aspects of client franchise (as 1st line of defence).
International experience and cultural adaptability.
