Our client is a global leader in gaming and home video game consoles.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond efficiently to customer inquiries within specified timescales.
  2. Develop and maintain technical knowledge of the client’s products and services.
  3. Handle correspondence as required.
  4. Accurately log all calls and follow procedures.
  5. Maintain and update administrative forms related to the job.
  6. Recognize when issues should be escalated to another department or senior staff.
Requirements:
  1. Proficient in French (C1 level).
  2. Intermediate English (B1 level).
  3. Previous customer service experience preferred.
  4. Calm, level-headed attitude.
  5. Excellent self-organization skills.
  6. Proactive and able to work independently.
  7. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and KPIs.
  8. Adaptability to changing procedures.
  9. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  10. High-speed internet and suitable remote work conditions.
  11. EU citizenship or valid work permit required.
