Your Future Project

Join our French Customer Support team. Our client is a leading global gaming brand known for home video game consoles and production.

As a Customer Service Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  1. Responding efficiently and effectively to all customer inquiries within specified timeframes.
  2. Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical knowledge of the client’s products and services.
  3. Handling all correspondence as required.
  4. Logging calls accurately and in accordance with procedures.
  5. Maintaining and updating relevant administrative forms responsibly.
  6. Recognizing when an issue should be escalated to another department or senior staff.
Requirements to Succeed
  • Proficient French (C1 level)
  • Intermediate English (B1 level)
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • A calm, composed attitude in all situations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive approach and initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and KPIs
  • Adaptability to changing environments and procedures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • High-speed internet and suitable remote work conditions
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit required
