What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

  • Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle inquiries, technical questions, and service issues with a friendly and efficient approach
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with accurate, personalized support
  • Log customer interactions and feedback clearly in our system

Product Knowledge & Guidance

  • Learn the ins and outs of our digital solutions
  • Help customers get the most from our platform
  • Stay updated on product changes, features, and company policies
  • Work closely with your team to improve service delivery
  • Meet KPIs related to resolution time, satisfaction, and quality
  • Participate in continuous learning and career development programs

What We’re Looking For

Basic English (B1 / B2) for internal communication

Strong customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills

Ability to work in rotating shifts (5 days / week, 8 hours / day)

Previous customer service experience is a plus – but not a must

Friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to learn!
