What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with accurate, personalized support
  • Log customer interactions and feedback clearly in our system

Product Knowledge & Guidance

  • Learn the ins and outs of our digital solutions
  • Help customers get the most from our platform
  • Stay updated on product changes, features, and company policies
  • Work closely with your team to improve service delivery
  • Meet KPIs related to resolution time, satisfaction, and quality
  • Participate in continuous learning and career development programs

What We’re Looking For
  • Basic English (B1 / B2) for internal communication
  • Strong customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (5 days / week, 8 hours / day)
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus – but not a must
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to learn!
