  • Monitor and evaluate text, images, videos, and links for compliance with community standards
  • Apply moderation rules consistently across all content formats
  • Manage user appeals with professionalism and transparency
  • Work closely with internal teams to uphold regulatory compliance
  • Observe and assess user activity to detect potential risks and improve preventive measures
  • Suggest enhancements to moderation tools and workflows for better performance

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B1 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in customer support
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
