What You’ll Be Doing

Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies

Review flagged content in French, assessing for accuracy, safety, and policy violations

Escalate complex issues when necessary and maintain clear documentation of decisions

Apply internal guidelines consistently and fairly

Make judgments that balance policy enforcement with cultural sensitivities

Ensure a safe online experience for users

Collaborate with your team to meet quality and productivity targets

What We’re Looking For

Fluency in French (C1/C2)
English B2 level for internal communication
Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience
Availability to start on 26 May 2025 (other start dates available)
Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (24/7 environment)
Experience in moderation or customer-facing roles is a plus – but not required
