Mercor is hiring fluent bilingual speakers to help make advanced AI models safer by writing expert-level prompts in French and evaluating how responses handle sensitive topics. No prior AI/ML experience is required as we provide training.

You will apply structured guidelines to classify prompts, flag adversarial phrasing, and document the reasoning behind your judgments. Start date is immediate, with a focus on accuracy and thoughtful analysis.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in French and strong business-level written English.
• Bachelor's degree or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and meticulous attention to detail.
• Good judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.
