Mercor in Paris is hiring for a bilingual role to craft expert-level prompts in French and assess how AI models handle sensitive topics. Training will be provided; no prior AI experience required, only strong language skills and judgment.

You will write prompts in French, classify prompts and conversations using structured guidelines, and flag adversarial phrasings while documenting reasoning for each decision. Start date is immediate and training will cover the workflow.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in French
• Business-level written English
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
• Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information
