French and German Speaking Business Development Representatives (2 Contractual Positions)

Location : Remote Working (European Business Hours)

Reports to : Sales Director

Monthly Rate : €1,000 plus monthly commission

Job type : Contractual Full Time / Flexible Hours

We are seeking two high-energy, motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth and expand Brdy Telecom’s customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart or pivot into a career in tech sales, working in a purpose-driven environment with real global impact.

As a BDR, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging commercial prospects, building relationships, and introducing Brdy Telecom’s satellite broadband solutions to the right people. You’ll collaborate closely with our Indirect Channel Sales Manager and Marketing team to qualify leads and convert them into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research up to 100 target accounts within your region / sector
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Develop and execute customised outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, phone)
  • Engage key decision-makers and book discovery meetings
  • Work alongside sales and marketing to support early-stage sales activity
  • Track activity and outcomes in our CRM tools

Who We’re Looking For

  • Energetic, curious, and self-motivated individuals
  • Based in Europe
  • Fluent in English (required) and at least one additional language (as above)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • No prior sales experience or degree required – we value drive, adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Organised and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

This role is designed as a launchpad for your sales career. Over 18–24 months, you’ll build essential commercial skills, gain deep product knowledge, and develop a solid understanding of our market. From there, you’ll be well-positioned to move into more senior roles within our sales organisation, such as Account Executive, Channel Manager, or Business Development Manager.
