Backed by significant industry investors, they are seeking adhoc support within their clinical operations team, with potential for long-term extension.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is ambitious, independent, and eager to play a key role in business development.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to GCP standards;
• Develop strategies for managing and resourcing future clinical trials;
• Identify and select high-quality clinical vendors by interviewing and assessing their capabilities;
• Align activities with broader company strategic initiatives and business needs;
• Create a resourcing strategy to support all clinical programs and activities;
• Participate in and be accountable for overall clinical operations strategy and performance against key trial metrics;
• Develop and oversee the execution of Clinical Operations Strategy for all programs;
• Manage budgets, contracts, vendor payments, and processes to ensure effective clinical trial conduct.

Requirements :

• 10+ years of clinical operations experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries;
• Experience managing global clinical trials or programs in oncology or immunology;
• Home-based, with willingness to travel to the office at the start of the contract;
• Proven leadership of multifunctional teams and mentoring abilities;
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies;
• Flexibility and adaptability.
