About the Role

GenAI models are improving rapidly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. As an AI Tutor in Teaching, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate on these projects.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Generating prompts that challenge AI.
• Defining comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the AI’s answers.
• Correcting the model’s responses based on your domain-specific knowledge.

Requirements

• Master's degree and/or PhD in Pedagogy, Education, Pedagogical Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Teaching, Methodology, Tutoring, Human Resources.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in schools & universities (as teachers, tutors, lecturers, etc.) or experience in curriculum development, educational technology, etc.
• Advanced English level (C1).
• Familiarity with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, ability levels.
• Ability to create engaging content using personalization, motivation, gamification, etc.
• Willingness to learn new methods, adapt quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
• This freelance role is fully remote; you need a laptop, internet, available time, and enthusiasm.
