This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.

Position: Freelance Recruitment Partner

Location: Remote

Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice

Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates

Responsibilities:

• Utilize channels like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top talent
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and find the right fit for roles
• Collaborate with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth recruitment processes
• Maintain a pipeline of talented candidates and build relationships with them
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Keep candidate profiles updated in our ATS

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to source candidates within France
• Experience recruiting internationally and flexibility with roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques (preferred)
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software (preferred)
