This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.

Position: Freelance Recruitment Partner

Location: Remote

Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice

Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top candidates.
2. Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and determine the best fit for specific roles.
3. Collaborate with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
4. Maintain a steady pipeline of talented candidates and build lasting relationships.
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Keep candidate profiles updated in our ATS for future reference.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in English (spoken and written).
2. Ability to source candidates within France.
3. Experience recruiting internationally and flexibility with roles.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
6. Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills.
7. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is a plus.
8. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software is a bonus.
