As a Freelance Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process, collaborating with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.

Responsibilities
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including social media and job boards
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and compatibility with client needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hiring requirements and present suitable candidates
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact with candidates to finalizing job offers
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress using our tracking systems
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices to continuously improve your recruitment approach
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a recruiter or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse candidates and clients
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes
