Une entreprise de recrutement reconnue recherche un recruteur pour gérer le processus de sélection. Vous travaillerez de manière autonome pour attirer, évaluer et coordonner les entretiens de candidats. Une expérience antérieure en recrutement est requise, ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Source potential candidates through various channels (offline flyering, job fair, Disnaker, referrals, etc.).
Conduct initial screening and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
Job Requirement :
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency), preferably in a freelance or remote setup.
Strong sourcing and networking skills using online platforms and databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Access to personal tools for recruitment activities (e.g., laptop, internet connection, sourcing tools).
