Mission of the Role

Leverage your expertise and creativity to source, evaluate, and place top-tier candidates, ensuring a seamless and successful recruitment process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source Talent : Use job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels to identify exceptional candidates.
2. Assess Candidates : Conduct interviews and evaluations to ensure candidates match the requirements of each role.
3. Collaborate : Partner with our Managing Director to streamline the recruitment process from outreach to final interviews.
4. Enhance Candidate Experience : Deliver a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Candidate Profile

1. Fluent English proficiency for effective communication.
2. Proven experience in international recruitment, particularly in sourcing volume and language-specific roles.
3. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
4. Tech-savvy; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus but not required.
