Qualifications

• Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en recrutement.
• Volonté de construire sa propre agence.
• Confiance dans la gestion de son bureau et de son emploi du temps.

Responsabilités

• Gérer et développer son propre portefeuille de clients.
• Sourcer, qualifier et placer des candidats dans les secteurs technologiques, IT, ingénierie ou ventes.
• Collaborer avec la direction de Halr Tech sur les meilleures pratiques.

What You Will Do

You will build your own agency and operate under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure. Your focus is on what you do best: placing exceptional talent.

• Manage and grow your own client portfolio

• Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering or sales verticals

• Build long-term client and candidate relationships with a focus on delivery

• Collaborate with Halr Tech leadership on best practices, candidate strategy, and growth plans

• Operate independently, but never in isolation.

What You Bring
