What You Will Do

You will build your own agency and operate under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure. Your focus is on what you do best: placing exceptional talent.

• Manage and grow your own client portfolio

• Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering or sales verticals

• Build long-term client and candidate relationships with a focus on delivery

• Collaborate with Halr Tech leadership on best practices, candidate strategy, and growth plans

• Operate independently, but never in isolation.
