Job summary

RAISE Summit in Paris seeks a Motion Designer to bring the brand to life in motion, reporting to the Development Lead for RAISE and MACHINA. You will collaborate with the Senior Brand Designer and marketing team to craft motion across speaker reveals, campaigns, social content, and on-stage graphics.

The role centers on building a scalable motion system, applying a refined visual language to live events, and leveraging AI tools for production while maintaining brand quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of motion design experience, in-house or agency.
• Expert in After Effects, proficient in Premiere Pro and Figma.
• Experience building motion systems and templates from an existing brand.
• Strong typography and editorial brand sense.
• Interest in AI video/image tools and applying them to workflow.
• 3D experience with Cinema 4D or Blender.

Responsibilities

• Build the RAISE motion language as an extension of the design system.
• Create reusable motion templates for speaker reveals, sponsors, social formats.
• Maintain a well-organised motion asset library and connectors.
