We are seeking a Marketing Automations Specialist (Freelancer) for our client. You will play a vital role supporting the Microsoft team, working in a dynamic environment within a European market-leading company. Your focus will be on improving the management of European marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize daily requests to support global Marketo operations, ensuring smooth automation-related tasks and troubleshooting issues.
• Set up and maintain automated programs aligned with marketing objectives across teams.
• Review and optimize automations and reports regularly, monitoring performance metrics for data-driven improvements.
• Perform data cleanups to ensure data integrity and maintain accurate records in Marketo.
• Handle backend development tasks related to Marketo to enhance and customize the platform.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to lead successful campaigns.
• Promote best practices within the automation team regarding Marketo features.
• Participate in exploring new features and developments to improve Marketo usage.
