Le candidat idéal aura une expérience Précédente en marketing B2B, sera à l'aise avec les campagnes de co-marketing, et parlera couramment allemand et anglais. Ce rôle flexible et dynamique permet de travailler à distance ou en mode hybride, s'adaptant aux besoins du marché.

Qualifications

  • Expérience dans le marketing de croissance et marketing partenaire.
  • Proficient en allemand et anglais.
  • Mentalité de start-up avec capacité d'adaptation.

Responsabilités

  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de marketing partenaire pour la région DACH.
  • Générer des leads et des opportunités par le marketing partenaire.
  • Faire des campagnes marketing diversifiées (ads payées, événements, webinars).

THE TEAM

Join our Marketing Northern Europe Team, based in Paris and led by the Global Marketing Director. You’ll collaborate closely with both regional sales and global marketing teams. In this freelance role (2 days / week), you’ll own and execute growth and partner marketing strategies to drive pipeline and revenue across the DACH market.

  • Collaboration tools : Slack, Jira, Notion, Confluence, and more
  • Travel : occasional travel to support partners and events

YOUR MISSION

  • Own and execute partner marketing strategy for the DACH region
  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies for the DACH market
  • Generate leads and opportunities through demand-generation and partner marketing
  • Drive revenue growth from the partner channel, focusing on the Enterprise segment
  • Plan and execute diverse marketing campaigns (paid ads, events, webinars, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with DACH sales and global marketing teams to maximize impact
  • Create joint value propositions and go-to-market campaigns with key partners
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner marketing results and ROI

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Proven experience in B2B growth and partner marketing, ideally in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software
  • Confidence in designing and executing partner-focused go-to-market campaigns
  • A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, professional proficiency in German and English
