We are looking for an experienced and innovative Channel Marketing Manager (Retail Marketing Manager) to lead the planning and optimization of our marketing strategies across multiple channels in France. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of both digital and retail marketing and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and continuously improve current channel marketing strategies to align with business goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific retail and digital channels.
- Drive targeted campaigns across various platforms including joint in-store promotions, PPC advertising, social media, email marketing, website content, and SEO.
- Analyze consumer trends, market data, and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Select appropriate advertising platforms and adapt campaigns based on performance and audience behavior.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics; use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Channel or Retail Marketing, ideally within the consumer goods or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing dynamics, digital marketing tools, and current industry best practices.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
