We are looking for an experienced and innovative Channel Marketing Manager (Retail Marketing Manager) to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing strategies across multiple channels in France. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of both digital and retail marketing, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand visibility and sales performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and continuously improve current channel marketing strategies to align with business goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific retail and digital channels.
  • Drive targeted campaigns across various platforms including joint in-store promotions, PPC advertising, social media, email marketing, website content, and SEO.
  • Analyze consumer trends, market data, and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Select appropriate advertising platforms and adapt campaigns based on performance and audience behavior.
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics; use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Channel or Retail Marketing, ideally within the consumer goods or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing dynamics, digital marketing tools, and current industry best practices.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
