Job summary

Voodoo is seeking a part-time Unity UI Artist in Paris to help create and refine UI for hyper-casual mobile games. You’ll join a newly formed studio focused on prototyping and testing new UI-driven game ideas, with autonomy and real impact on the product.

You will design high-quality UI, build a style bible, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience for millions of players.

Qualifications

• Experience with Unity to implement and optimize in-engine.
• Strong 3D design skills with attention to visual hierarchy and readability.
• Solid UI experience for mobile games and LiveOps.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable UI in Unity from concept to integration.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive UI Style Bible and reusable components.
• Produce high-quality 3D assets (characters, props, environments) with performance in mind.
• Set up, integrate, and animate UI scenes in Unity.
• Collaborate with Game Designers to ensure UI supports gameplay and accessibility goals.
• Contribute to LiveOps and iterate rapidly based on feedback.
