Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time remote role for a Francophone, English bilingual EU Project Manager working remotely. The Project Manager will be responsible for project preparation, communication, expediting project activities, managing inspections, overseeing logistics, and ensuring efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Project management experience
• Previous EU project management experience in research and research PM roles in Horizon, EDF, or BPIFrance projects is a big plus
• Beginner or mid-level AI engineering experience is a plus
• Knowledge of LLM, AI agents, vibe coding, and debugging at a basic level is a plus
• Inspection and logistics management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in French and English; minimum B1 level in German is a plus
• Experience working in an EU project management environment
• Relevant project management certification is a plus
