Revolut Ltd in France seeks a Business Compliance Manager to advise our Expansions team on regulatory requirements, controls, and existing infrastructure. You will map regulations, manage local compliance risks, and promote a proactive culture of compliance.

You will collaborate with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local frameworks with global standards, identify regulatory issues, and drive corrective actions while supporting growth and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Solid track record across diverse regulatory areas.
• Experience in banking, consulting, or fast-growing tech is preferred.
• Strong understanding of how compliance and business risks interact.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead France regulatory scoping by mapping applicable regulations and developing controls.
• Monitor and manage compliance risks as operations scale locally.
• Promote a proactive local culture of compliance.
• Provide guidance on compliance requirements, conduct risks, and control improvements.
• Collaborate with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local with global standards.
• Identify regulatory issues and implement corrective actions.
