Alibaba Cloud is seeking a senior infrastructure program leader in Paris to drive the end-to-end colocation management rollout across eight dimensions, ensuring strict adherence to requirements and milestones. You will steward EMS data integration, validate critical infrastructure logic, and coordinate with colo providers and internal teams to deliver robust, compliant facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Proven track record in infrastructure operations and governance.
• Strong vendor governance, auditing and performance-improvement experience.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in infrastructure risk governance and remediation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management across cultures; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end rollout of the colocation management standard across facilities, covering eight dimensions (Equipment, Personnel, Monitoring, Emergency Response, Drills, Change, Maintenance, Flying-Inspection Risk).
• Lead EMS data-integration projects, mapping data-points, validating connections, and ensuring telemetry into the monitoring platform.
• Collaborate with local operations and engineering teams; negotiate scope, SLAs, and remediation items with colo providers and vendors.
• Review and validate electrical, HVAC, and ELV control logic, setpoints, and redundancy analyses to ensure production readiness.
• Build dashboards and scorecards for compliance and EMS health; report progress and risks to global HQ.
• Work with global teams to evolve standards and transfer knowledge regionally; support training and capability building.
