Job summary

Ardmac is recruiting a Project Manager for projects in the Eur-et-Loir region of France, starting with a cleanroom project. You will oversee project teams, design and supply chain to deliver safe, high-quality work on time and within budget, maintaining client satisfaction.

You will ensure pre- and post-contract tasks are executed in line with Ardmac safety, environment and quality standards, coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Experience of construction in a pharmaceutical environment is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of health and safety, quality procedures and industry best practice.

Responsibilities

• Input into estimates and tenders after site visits and review Tender with operations team.
• Plan and programme work to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.
• Ensure all safety, health, environmental and quality procedures are followed on projects.
• Develop contract programmes with Contracts and Site Manager and manage subcontractor orders.
• Chair Contract Review Meetings and maintain client/design team relationships.
