Job summary

Ardmac is seeking a Project Manager for projects in the Eur-et-Loir region of France, initially on a cleanroom project. You will lead project teams across design and supply chain, ensuring safe, timely delivery within budget to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-contract planning, procurement, contract management, and maintaining relationships with Client, Project and Design teams. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex construction projects, especially in regulated environments.
• Ability to plan, price and programme work, and manage VE opportunities.
• Familiarity with subcontractor and supplier procurement processes.
• Experience preparing and interpreting financial reports for projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of health, safety, quality procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Pre-contract: contribute to estimates and tenders; plan and programme work; identify VE opportunities.
• Post-contract: ensure safety, planning, and programming; manage production, commercial procedures; monitor and improve margins.
• Prepare project budgets with the surveyor; manage procurement and sub-contractor orders.
• Recruitment and management of site staff; chair Contract Review Meetings; manage client relationships.
