A leading consulting firm is seeking a Payroll Consultant to join their EMEA Payroll Practice. This full-time role involves processing payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting employee inquiries in both French and English. The position is project-based with an immediate start and potential for extension through August 2025.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and compliance.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience supporting multiple EMEA countries preferred.

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our EMEA Payroll Practice .

Required Qualification(s) :

• Process payroll using ADP Celergo, ensuring compliance with Italian payroll regulations.
• Perform calculations and verify payroll data.
• Supporting translations for employees' payroll questions.
• Fluency in French and English.

Preferred Qualification(s) :

• Experience supporting several EMEA countries
• Familiarity with multiple Payroll / HR systems

Duration : This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date and an initial duration through August 15, 2025 , with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort : Full-time

Working Hours : Central European Time, EMEA hours
