Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking an experienced Director, Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as the primary legal advisor to the French affiliate during the launch and commercialization of its first oncology product.

Reporting lines include VP, Legal, Europe and GM, France, with a broad remit spanning commercial operations, market access, competition law, healthcare compliance, contracting, litigation and external stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent law degree and admission to practice in at least one U.S. state or European jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of French pharmaceutical law, commercial law, competition law, healthcare compliance and promotional regulations.
• Experience advising commercial pharmaceutical organizations including market access, reimbursement or healthcare contracting matters.
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior business leaders in a highly regulated environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel 10–20% within France and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the GM, France and local Leadership Team.
• Provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice to support commercial decision-making and business strategy.
• Identify legal risks and opportunities as a member of the French leadership team.
• Support launch and ongoing commercialization of the oncology portfolio in France.
• Advise on commercial operations—Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs and Finance.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with consultants, vendors and partners.
