Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare seeks a Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of its French medical imaging footprint. You will build strategic relationships, develop opportunities, and collaborate with commercial, clinical, applications, service, product, and marketing teams across France.

You will map hospitals, engage with senior stakeholders, and develop value propositions that lead to qualified commercial opportunities, reporting to the Country General Manager for France, Belgium &

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field in medical devices or healthcare tech.
• Fluent in French and English, with the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships and win new business in France.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and influential skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy for the French medical imaging market.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, strategic accounts, and opportunities.
• Build a robust pipeline of early-stage opportunities and convert them into qualified sales projects.
• Engage with hospital executives, radiology leaders, and procurement teams.
• Map target hospitals and healthcare organizations; establish relationships ahead of procurement processes.
• Develop clinical and economic value propositions and organize workshops, product demonstrations, and site visits.
• Transition mature opportunities into the appropriate sales process with the sales organization.
