Job summary

Prematch is seeking a motivated intern to build and execute the France market strategy for Teamwear. You will map leagues, clubs, and retailers, initiate partnerships, and run early pilots with French clubs.

You’ll translate findings into actionable insights for the founders and help shape a scalable France roadmap. The role is a paid internship in France with remote work and regular on-site phases in Cologne, totaling 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• You recently finished studies or are currently a student in business or a similar field.
• You are fluent in French and English with good communication.
• You are self-organised and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• You have drive to start something from scratch and a startup mindset.

Responsibilities

• Map the French amateur football market including leagues, regions, clubs, decision makers, and retailers.
• Open doors with clubs, retailers and partners and pilot our offer on the ground.
• Translate learnings into clear recommendations for founders.
• Lead first pilots with French clubs and contribute to a France playbook.
